Another Week Come And Gone

Why hello there!

This week has just flown by! On Tuesday we had interviews with Presidente Carreon. That all went really well. After the interviews we started companionship exchanges. I went to Terrazes again with Elder Rushton and we had a blast. A lot of things that I learned over there. It was really fun just to be able to talk though and understand everything and say what I wanted to say.

We had quite the miracle while I was there... well, Elder Rushton needed to go to the bathroom and the only place nearby was the movie theater. So we went in and ran over to the bathroom. Then the smell of popcorn just overcame me and I just had to go buy some popcorn. We walked up to the counter and asked how much and said ok. Then they just got this huge bag and filled it to the brim and said there you go, its free. It was just an incredible experience. Oh how I love/miss popcorn.

Later on that day we got a free ride from a taxi so that just made it great!

Well here in Fuentes this week we got 12 new investigators with a few that actually are pretty solid and I think some good things are gonna happen here.

Lets see... This morning we climbed the hill that is to the side of our house and it was quite fun. It is a pretty good workout too. I think we are gonna start climbing it for our daily morning workout.

Well sorry It was a great week but I cant really think about all that happened. I should probably right stuff down and come prepared to write so that I remember what I wanted to say. Oh well. Next week.

Well this week I found a Liahona Conference edition that was in English and I was just reading all of the talks and then I just came across one of my favorite talks of all time, Elder Wirthlin's "Come What May and Love It". It is such a good talk with such a good message. Always things are going to come and happen in our lives that will be difficult, but always we can do it. If we live with the attitude of "come what may and love it" our lives really will be different. One of the quotes from this talk that I just love is, "The simple secret is this; put your trust in the Lord, do your best, then leave the rest to Him."

Really that is all we can do and that is all the Lord asks; that we do our best and trust Him. Well I hope you all have a great week! I love you all so much!
