Why Hello There!!!

How are you all doing this fine tuesday morning? It has been a great week here and I just absolutely loved talking to all of you on Mothers day! That was just so much fun. Well first of all, I want to wish Grandma Anderson a happy 90th birthday! I feel super honored and blessed to be a grandson of her. She is an incredible pillar in the Gospel. So, happy birthday grandma!!!

Happy Mother's Day
Well seeing as we basically talked about everything that was happening here, I don't know how much I will have to say here. It has been a good week. It was a little tough start getting going because we had to spend a lot of time in the offices this week and didn't have a whole lot of time in our area. But, on sunday it was really cool because the bishop and our ward mission leader took us out to go meet people. We met a bunch of less actives and a few new investigators. So the leaders of the ward are starting to get the idea of missionary work, now hopefully the rest of the members will follow.

So this week we had yet again another great great little ten minutes of doctrine by President CarreĆ²n in our staff meeting. He spoke about 2 Nephi 28:30 and what is wisdom, knowledge, and how we obtain it. He made it so simple and clear. So many times we wonder why we couldn't have learned something the first time around, or why it takes so long to get something down, but then he helped us realize that as it says in the scripture we learn, here a little, and there a little. Little by little we are on our way of progression, and it is always in the Lords time and manner. He made a few simple graphs that I am sending too that helped me reach the idea. He commented about how right when we get to the mission field or this life, we are all equals. Although some will have advantages, we all start from zero. And then from there on, we learn little by little, here a little and there a little.

I hope you all just have the best week ever! Have a great time and make sure your learning here and there. Love you all!!!!

Elder Tommy Anderson
